Returns

1.The return must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the products

2. The customer will be eligible for a return if the product reaches the customer in damaged/broken condition.

3.To be eligible for return, the products must be unused and in the original packaging in which you have received the product

4.In case of receiving damaged products, please write to us on customercare@chaipoint.com with the images/video of the damaged product & the box in which the product has been received along with the order number. We will initiate the return process.

5.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6.The delivery charges will be deducted incase of returns

 

Refunds

1.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
