Disappointed!

I have ordered assam masala tea whereas received assam whole leaf green tea. Called the customer care but got the reply as they will check and revert. Same reply for 3 times. Then sent mail to customer care for which the reply came with 2 options, one for replacement and another for return and refund. I opted for return and refund. Getting no response, again two reminders sent by me and till now no response. What is the next step?
