I bought 10 packs of these biscuits (because even if they are overpriced, they are very good).
The unknown courier company that Chai Point uses, falsely showed in their records that they tried delivery twice but couldn’t. This is totally untrue. I tried contacting both, the courier company and Chai Point but neither responded.
Finally the biscuits were delivered two weeks after the order was placed, which was too late for me because I live abroad and by the time they were delivered, I had returned back.
Also, Chai Point’s discount codes don’t work.
I emailed all of this to Chai Point, but never mind an apology, I didn’t receive even an automated email from them.
Overall, a terrible experience. Never to be repeated.
