Hi

I have already provided written compliant. The order was not delivered to my home. The status on the order is Consignee was not available or refused. All of these status on ParcelX are false. Its a disappointing experience with ChaiPoint. Please deliver the order or refund the money in full. Not sure if I lost my money.

Good taste chai sachets. Combo must include one Giger chai also instead of two Masala chai so that all the three flavors could be tasted.
