Stale beans

Horrible.. wont suggest anyone to buy from you. Sent me an 8 months old coffee beans. Chaipoint is a big no for me.

Stale beans were sent

I was sent 6 months old batch , beans were already stale with little to no crema. I expected fresh roasted beans. I also contacted the chatbot with a form filled with details email od etc but no one got back to me . Never expected from a brand like chaipoint
