Delivery received after 13 days

I had a severe headace for days after ordering this coffee. Delivery date was 16th June but I received the coffee on 24 th of June. The delivery partner XPRESSBEE are pathetic as the customer service people kept hanging up the calls after making several complaints. Their supervisor had no clue why the coffee was not getting delivered and no update on the tracking. It was just nightmare. Will never order this coffee again.

Stale beans

Horrible.. wont suggest anyone to buy from you. Sent me an 8 months old coffee beans. Chaipoint is a big no for me.

Stale beans were sent

I was sent 6 months old batch , beans were already stale with little to no crema. I expected fresh roasted beans. I also contacted the chatbot with a form filled with details email od etc but no one got back to me . Never expected from a brand like chaipoint
