Clearing Old Stock

I am regular client and always order through Amazon, cause it wasn't available I ordered from Chai Point. What a surprise it was to receive an order in Jan 24, 6 packed of Masala team packed in June 2023 and expiring 9 months later. So one has to stop drinking anything else but just have tea the whole to enable them to finish 6 packets by Mar 24. If this was ordered through Amazon I would have surely returned. Would appreciate if they want to retain loyal clients better not to clear old stock with them!

Didn't receive the package. No response to multiple emails.

I love the Assam Masala tea mix! It is latest addiction, and preferred gift to friends through the season.

I did not receive my recent order, and unable to connect with ChaiPoint for resolution.

I really like to start my morning with this Masala tea from Chai point as not only the taste is awesome and strong but it packs a punch with all the herbs and ginger added to it. I think I will continue having it in the future :)
