Assam Masala Tea (Always No Stock)

Majority times it will be out of stock so Chai Point has to step up on making this product being available to customers. The service of Chai Point has degraded, their iOS app or portal works erratic and needs to be fixed.

Item not received

I ordered on 2/8/26 & did not receive the parcel even till 10th. No mail also. Finally I contacted customer care who in turn asked me send mail to feedback dept. After 3 days I got a mail that the product was not available & I would receive a refund (530/-)to original payment mode - credit card but it’s so sad that even till today I have not received it!!!
